Stock Research Education Page
Background
Stock research pages can be hard to understand for a novice user. There is a lot of information that is brand new and the user's decision can affect their money. Different stock analyst companies can have different stock ratings and this can be confusing if you don't know what you are looking at or what the rating is based on.
I was tasked to find a way to create a stock research page that was easily digestible for novice investors.

Qualitative vs. Quantitative based ratings
Takeaway Two
How frequently is the report updated?
Takeaway Three
Who wrote the report? Could there be bias?
Demographic Research
I conducted demographic research by reading articles and watching videos about Gen Z and Millennials. With this information I pulled out a few key characteristics that I knew I wanted to keep in mind while designing.
Characteristic One
Short modules - these are key to keeping the users attention when teaching something
Characteristic Two
Self Directed - both groups liked to learn at their own pace
Characteristic Three
Simple Interface - both groups prefer a simple interface when online
